Gunnar Fehlau is the managing director of pressedienst-fahrrad and one of the best known German cycling experts. He organises successful cooperative marketing trips, for example with “Südtirol Marketing”, “Berlin Tourismus Martkeing”, “Maison de la France” and the “Caravan Industrie Verband Deutschland” (German Caravan Industry Association).

The outdoor satellite navigation market is booming. Thomas Froitzheim will talk about the possible uses of satellite navigation for cycling tour operators, new trends in the area and best practice models.

Thomas Froitzheim and his company Naviso specialise in the area of outdoor navigation. He advises tourism professionals and gives GPS courses for suppliers and consumers in Germany and the rest of Europe. His book „GPS für Biker“ was awarded the ITB-Book-Award 2009 as the best GPS-handbook in the International Tourism Fair in Berlin.


Internet-Booking-Engine für Radreisen

Peter Eich is the organiser of CycleSummit and managing director of Bodensee-Radweg Service, the largest cycling holiday operator in Germany.

He will introduce participants to the new Internet-Booking-Engine for cycling holidays, which allows customers to find and book cycling holidays from any tour operator on the website of any tour operator.

Helge Fahrnberger is managing director of Toursprung (“social software for tourism”) and consulting about social media for touristic orgaisations as the Austrian National Tourist Board and the Association of Austrian Tourism Managers. He is also a well known blogger.
