The framework stands: a cycling day through Navarra, two days of 1:1 meetings at the Baluarte Congress Centre and evenings with the region in Pamplona. Exact times, venues and tour details will be published in early 2027.
Arrive in Pamplona, check in and explore the old town. In the evening CycleSummit 2027 opens at the Casino.
We explore Navarra by bike on guided tours. In the evening the region presents itself in the main auditorium of the conference centre, followed by a walk through the city to the Cathedral for a meet & greet with the region and its partners.
1:1 meetings at the Baluarte Congress Centre, with lunch for informal networking. In the evening: closing dinner at a winery.
More 1:1 meetings and time to close conversations, a last lunch together – and the end of CycleSummit 2027.

All tours are guided. Routes, distances and the lunch stop will be defined and published in early 2027 – you choose your tour with the final participation details.

After the summit, Visit Navarra offers post-convention tours through the region – organised at the own discretion and responsibility of Visit Navarra. The programme follows in early 2027.
