Regions & tours
The Algarve has established itself as one of Europe's leading year round cycling destinations, offering an exceptional combination of climate, scenery and infrastructure. With over 300 days of sunshine each year, mild winters and a diverse landscape, the region provides ideal conditions for road cycling, gravel riding, mountain biking and leisure cycling throughout much of the year. Within a relatively compact area, cyclists can enjoy quiet inland roads, dramatic coastal scenery, traditional villages, challenging climbs, rolling countryside and an extensive network of gravel routes. The Algarve also offers excellent accommodation, authentic gastronomy and a wide range of complementary experiences including wine tasting, golf, hiking, boat trips and cultural attractions, making it an ideal destination for cycling holidays, training camps, private groups and incentive programmes. Our cycling holidays and experiences include guided and self-guided tours, premium bike rentals and tailor made options, all designed by our local team to showcase the very best of the Algarve while catering to different riding styles, abilities and travel preferences.
