About the company
Based in Toulouse and founded in 2012, Nature Occitane is a travel agency specializing in cycling, hiking, and multi-activity trips. For over 14 years, we have been designing our own tours, available either as self-guided trips with GPS navigation via our app or as guided tours led by experienced guides. We welcome a diverse international clientele, including travellers from the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and various European countries, and are proud to work with a range of trusted French tour operators such as Terres d'Aventure and Grand Angle and many others. As ecotourism hyper specialists in the Occitanie region, we offer tailor-made trips that can be adapted to all fitness levels and comfort preferences. Our holidays include carefully selected accommodations (ranging from 2* to 5* hotels, countryside castles, and guesthouses), transfers, meetings with local producers, a multilingual app, and daily customer support. In addition, Nature Occitane boasts its own fleet of 150 e-bikes, hybrid and gravel bikes, along with family-friendly equipment, in partnership with the Trek and Sunn brands.
Regions & tours
As a passionate DMC, rooted in our local culture, we take pride in creating unique experiences in our beloved South West of France. We offer the region's major cycling routes, including the Canal du Midi, Canal de la Garonne, Vélodyssée, Provence, Bordeaux and it's famous vineyards. As well as walking itineraries such as the Stevenson and Camino de Santiago trails, all available in various comfort levels. We also have our own gems in Occitanie, in the Massif Central, the Pyrenees and Catalonia. For example, Collioure to Cadaqués by bike (already a famous trek for many years) is a new itinerary where cyclists travel along the Mediterranean coast through mountains, vineyards, and authentic Catalan villages. This year, after 14 years of hyperspecialization in our region, we are aiming to launch new holiday experiences outside France and are eager to connect with European partners who share our values..
