About the company
West Pomerania (Pomorze Zachodnie) is Poland's leading cycling region and an ideal gateway to active tourism in the southern Baltic. We develop and promote a high-quality cycling network combining excellent infrastructure, outstanding natural landscapes, rich cultural heritage, and easy access from Germany and Scandinavia. The region offers long-distance cycling routes (more than 1000 km) along the Baltic coast and through inland landscapes, as well as shorter family-friendly rides. We work closely with local tourism organizations. We also manage the Cyclist-Friendly Places (MPR) network, connecting accommodation providers, restaurants, attractions, and other tourism businesses. With extensive experience in destination management and tourism promotion, we help tour operators create authentic, sustainable cycling holidays supported by reliable infrastructure and a welcoming visitor experience.
Regions & tours
The backbone of the region's cycling offer is formed by internationally recognised routes such as EuroVelo 10/13 and the Polish-German Szczecin Lagoon Cycle Route. These routes connect seaside resorts, national parks, historic Hanseatic towns and picturesque rural landscapes, offering a wide variety of experiences for different types of cyclists. West Pomerania offers 5 long-distance cycling routes, with further routes under development. Cyclists can explore the islands, ride through the extensive forests surrounding the Szczecin Lagoon, follow the Oder River along the German border, or discover the lake districts of central West Pomerania. More than 350 km of our 1,000 km network runs along former railway lines, providing smooth gradients and comfortable conditions for cyclists and other users. Thanks to continuous investment in cycling infrastructure, 4,000 cycling signs, a well-developed network of cyclist-friendly services and excellent accessibility by ferry and rail, West Pomerania has become one of Central Europe's leading cycling tourism destinations (1.7 million cyclists annually). It is an ideal choice for tour operators seeking high-quality, sustainable cycling products.
