The following cycling tours are organized by the four-country region and its partners, and are available for booking by all tour operators attending the CycleSummit 2025 in Constance.

Please note:

  • All tours start with a dinner on Saturday evening

  • Each tour has a capacity of 20 participants and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. If possible, we would like to split up companies with multiple participants to enhance networking opportunities. This also allows you to experience more of the region.

  • Please select three different tours in order of preference. Also, let us know if you would like us to make the selection for you or if you will not be participating in the program. The sooner we receive your feedback, the quicker we can finalize the planning and inform you of your assigned tour.

  • Please arrange your travel to the starting location of the tour. Each tour will conclude with a transfer to Constance, where the CycleSummit will begin on Sunday evening. Hotels and travel arrangements should only be booked once your tour has been confirmed. Detailed information will follow.

Please make your selection by mid-June at the latest, by which time we will also confirm your tour assignment.

The booking form can be found at the bottom of this page.
