We’re thrilled to launch the first-ever CycleSummit Sports Edition – a new event dedicated to road cycling, gravel, and MTB travel. Built on the proven CycleSummit concept, this spring edition offers a fresh platform for networking, partnerships, and inspiration within the sport travel community. Hosted in Oudenaarde, the heart of the Tour of Flanders, participants can look forward to scenic rides, authentic Belgian hospitality, and a familiar marketplace format. Join us in March 7-10, 2026  as we open a new chapter for the CycleSummit – where business meets passion for cycling.

Registration process:

• The first edition is limited to 50 participants from the field of sport cycling.
• Therefore, we need to ask a few questions during registration to ensure we welcome the right audience to the CycleSummit.
• Participation requires either an existing sports program or a serious intention to include sport or performance-oriented cycling tours in the near future.
• We’ll get back to you with a confirmation or further information about the next steps.
• Do not book your journey or hotel before you have received a confirmation from us.
