CycleSummit Program
The CycleSummit Program combines cycling experiences, inspiring meetings and valuable networking opportunities. Over several days, participants come together for 1:1 meetings, shared lunches and dinners, and time to explore the region by bike.
From the arrival in Groningen to the Marketplace days and the Post-FamTrips, the program creates the perfect environment to connect, exchange ideas and build new partnerships within the cycling tourism community.
Participants arrive in Groningen and check in at their hotels. Take some time to settle in and explore the city before the CycleSummit Program begins.
In the evening, we will kick off the event with the first CycleSummit dinner. A great opportunity for early networking and reconnecting with fellow participants.

On Sunday we explore the region of Groningen by bike. The excursion offers the perfect opportunity to experience the landscape of the northern Netherlands while continuing the conversations from the previous evening.
Along the route we will stop for lunch, enjoy the scenery and create plenty of time for informal networking with fellow participants.
The cycling excursion is an essential part of the CycleSummit Program, combining active travel, regional impressions and personal exchange.
The first full conference day of the CycleSummit Program focuses on the Marketplace. Tour operators, destinations and partners meet for scheduled 1:1 meetings throughout the day.
Between meetings, participants can connect during coffee breaks, lunch and informal networking moments.
In the evening, we gather again for the official CycleSummit dinner, offering another great opportunity to continue conversations and strengthen connections within the community.
The second day of the Marketplace continues with further 1:1 meetings and relaxed networking throughout the day.
It’s a great moment to reconnect, finalise conversations and enjoy one last lunch together.
In the afternoon, many participants will depart for the Post-FamTrips, while others may take the opportunity to explore Groningen a little longer before continuing their journey.
