Terms and Conditions for CycleSummit
1. General 1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in the CycleSummit event, organized by CycleSummit, owned by Heiko Riekenberg, Landgasse 16, 78479 Reichenau, Germany. 1.2 By registering for the CycleSummit, the participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Registration and Payment 2.1 Registration is only valid upon receipt of a completed registration form and full payment of the participation fee. 2.2 All fees must be paid in full prior to the event. Participants who have not completed payment may be denied entry. 2.3 Payments are non-refundable except as stated in Section 4 (Cancellation and Refund Policy).
3. Participation and Services 3.1 The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, networking opportunities, and the services as specified in the event description. 3.2 The event organizer reserves the right to modify the agenda, speakers, or any aspect of the event without prior notice. 3.3 Participants must comply with all event rules and instructions provided by the organizers. 3.4 Participants have no guaranteed right to an exhibitor table; allocation follows a first-come, first-served principle.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy 4.1 Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the event organizer. 4.2 Refunds are granted as follows:
- 100% refund if cancellation is made on or before August 31, 2025.
- 50% refund if cancellation is made on or before September 21, 2025.
- No refund if cancellation is made on or after September 22, 2025. 4.3 If the event is postponed or canceled due to government regulations or force majeure, no claims for damages arise. However, paid tickets will be refunded.
5. Liability and Insurance 5.1 The organizer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring during the event. 5.2 Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage, including travel and health insurance.
6. Data Protection and Privacy 6.1 By registering for the CycleSummit, participants agree to the collection and processing of their personal data for event-related purposes. 6.2 The organizer may use participant contact details for event communication and future marketing unless explicitly opted out.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 7.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany. 7.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be settled in the competent courts of Konstanz, Germany.
8. Nature of the Service 8.1 CycleSummit does not rent stand space, nor does it sell exhibition entry tickets. Instead, it provides a B2B service package consisting of exhibitor participation, including a designated table, power supply, internet access, listing in the conference brochure, and access to a year-round online platform with profile and networking functionality.
