Fjord Cycling

Guided and selfguided leisure cycling and/or hiking in western Norway. Cycling on easy roads along Norway’s longest fjord, Sognefjorden with majestic views to mountains, rivers and stunning landscapes. On good hybrid bikes or el-bikes, you cycle on quiet paved roads with little or no traffic. Overnight stays in selected hotels and guest houses serving good local food and representing local history and tradition. An active tour with the best sights in the area, presented to you in the information guide handed out at bike start or by the guide if you choose a guided tour. You can start cycling in Bergen city before you take the boat to Sognefjorden. The tour continues along quiet narrow roads through small idyllic villages, surrounded by thundering waterfalls and high mountains. Stave churches, ferry crossings, local food and drinks. Easy to extend the tour with extra nights to be able to experience even more of western Norway.
